This Halloween, embark on a culinary journey. The St. Regis Bangkok presents two special experiences at VIU and The St. Regis Bar, available for one night only on October 31, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 1 AM.

 

VIU Restaurant:

From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, an enchanted dinner buffet awaits you with an indulgent all-you-can-eat experience featuring special Halloween-themed dishes such as "Cheek and Blood" (slow-cooked beef cheek with raspberry cinnamon sauce), "Witch’s Brew Lobster Risotto on the Wheel" (lobster risotto with bisque), "Blood Moon Gazpacho" (spicy tomato shot), "Serpent Sushi Rolls" (eel sushi rolls), and "Roasted Brain Cauliflower" (cauliflower florets with cherry sauce). At the carving corner, a whole pistachio-crusted salmon is presented as the "Phantom Sea Salmon," while desserts take on a similarly eerie theme, including "Haunted Chocolate Sphere," "Phantom Pumpkin Cheesecake," and "Cursed Apple Tart."

 

Each diner will receive one whole Canadian lobster per person, served in a variety of preparations, such as grilled lobster thermidor or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster. Guests can also enjoy seafood on ice, presenting New Zealand mussels, Thai river prawns, Fine de Claire, Fine de Normandie, and Irish oysters, shrimp cocktails, and a selection of sashimi, as well as an exceptional selection of cold cuts and cheese, including fresh melon and Parma ham; and Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese from La Mancha in Spain. An additional a la carte menu features all-you-can-order snow fish with miso sauce, seared scallops with roasted vegetables, grilled beef striploin with red wine jus; grilled lamb rack and grilled pork chops with spicy sauce.

 

The St. Regis Bar:

As night falls, The St. Regis Bar transforms into a haven of mystery with our Masquerade Halloween celebration from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Immerse yourself in an evening of sensory delights with our Signature elixirs created especially for the evening include a Patrón blue agave

tequila-infused cocktail by our mixologists whereas our culinary team has curated a selection of Special Halloween-themed snacks, elevating your tasting experience.

 

Adding an extra layer of mystique to the evening, a complimentary face painting service, courtesy of an artist from Patrón Tequila, and a live performance by DJ Sakina, an open-format talented female DJ, with her mixing board experience spanning over 8 years, are available from 9:00 PM to midnight to ensure that the enchantment continues to captivate your senses.

 

The Halloween Dinner Buffet is presented exclusively on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, priced at THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee and tea at VIU Restaurant. For those seeking the ultimate indulgence, guests can elevate their evening by paying an additional THB 700++ and enjoy 2 themed cocktails at The St. Regis Bar after dinner buffet. The Patrón cocktail is available for THB 490++ per glass at The St. Regis Bar from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
